Quick Help

1. I’m not getting daily reminders.

   Make sure reminders are enabled in the app and notifications are allowed in iOS Settings for Noor.

2. How do I turn notifications off?

   Open Noor → Settings → Notifications, then disable daily reminders.

3. My Pro features are locked after purchase.

   Open Noor → Settings → Restore Purchases.

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

   Subscriptions are managed by Apple in your App Store account settings.

5. How do I request a refund?

   Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Why can’t I write a reflection yet?

   Reflection unlocks after completing your daily reading target.

7. Can I change app language?

   Yes. Open Noor → Settings → App Language.
